Named by my creative husband, this smoothie tastes so great, it's our absolute favorite. The tartness of the kefir, the tropical sweetness of the mango, the sexiness of the chocolate... Ok, I have to stop and cut to the chase. Here's the recipe!
Boom Boom! Morning Smoothie
- 1 cup vanilla-flavored kefir
- 1 cup frozen mango chunks
- 2 handfuls of kale
- 1 banana
- 1 scoop of chocolate protein powder
- 3-4 pitted dates (optional)
Blend until the deliciousness is smooth and to your liking. Serve and don't share!
