We're big DC Comic fans at my house (Batman and Wonder Woman rule the domain), so it's fitting to call this smoothie after this powerful superhero! This smoothie's here to fill my stomach when I just don't feel like eating anything that's in the fridge, or when I'm rushing with the kiddo to get errands done. It's chock full of green superfoods, so you'll be zipping through your day just like the Green Lantern (no, not really).
The Green Lantern Lunchtime Smoothie
- 1 cup of vanilla-flavored almond milk
- 1 handful of kale
- 1 handful of spinach
- 1 frozen banana
- 1 scoop of protein powder
Blend, and zoom!
